M. Curtis Powell serves as Spiritual Care Chaplain for VITAS Hospice; where he provides spiritual care for patients, families and his medical team. Dr. M. Curtis Powell is graduate of Oakwood College, now Oakwood University with a BA degree in Theology. He matriculated through the Seventh Day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, where he received his Masters of Divinity, and his Doctor of Ministry Degree in Leadership. Dr Powell has provided leadership education to church leadership teams.
He has served as a Drug/Alcohol Counselor, a Literature Evangelists, and worked for an Investment Company T. Rowe Price. Dr. Powell has served the Adventist church for over 20 years and has pastored in Tampa, Key West, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, FL.
Dr. Powell is married to the former Nicole Whitfield of Gary, IN. God has blessed their union with two sons.

Dr. Francine Rubinstein is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Qualified Supervisor with the state of Florida. In her private practice she focuses on recovery from anxiety, trauma, and grief. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Rubinstein works at Ruth Rales Jewish Family Services, providing individual therapy, couples therapy and supervision to novice therapists. In the past she has served as a therapist, group leader, supervisor, training director and clinical director.
Dr. Rubinstein received her Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Florida. She received her Masters and Doctorate degrees in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She has been published in areas addressing post-traumatic stress and chronic illness. Dr. Rubinstein has also led numerous workshops on topics including modern day parenting, spirituality, addictions, bereavement and the treatment of eating disorders.
Dr. Rubinstein spends her free time with her three children and very pampered dog. She and her family enjoy kayaking, traveling and making each other laugh over their silly antics.

Juleun A. Johnson serves as a Director of Mission and Ministry for the South Market of AdventHealth which includes seven (7) AdventHealth campuses. In addition, he serves as a lead chaplain at AdventHealth Celebration, chaplain recruiter and lead crisis responder for central Florida. He was instrumental in forming the system wide Chaplain shadowing program and served as a pulse responder. He serves as an adjunct religion faculty member of AdventHealth University. Prior to his current assignment he served as a Staff Chaplain at AdventHealth Orlando for three years. He is a graduate of Oakwood University, Andrews University, Masters of Divinity, and Claremont School of Theology with a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Spiritual Care and Counseling. Prior to joining AdventHealth Juleun Johnson served as a parish pastor for 13 years. He is an author with numerous articles in international journals and two books Five Minutes On Purpose available on Amazon.com and The Built To Thrive Discovery Guide. He is married to his wife Melissa and they are the proud parents of two daughters.
